Mini Burger fun

So I thought that this was a cute and fun dinner we did. I used whole wheat dinner rolls as buns and put onions on top. I served the burgers with coleslaw and roasted potatoes.

For the burger meet I used 93% lean ground beef and mixed it with grated carrots, diced red bell pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and steak seasoning mix. Then I cooked them in olive oil in a pan.

For the coleslaw I used store bought coleslaw mix and made dressing using reduced fat mayo, apple cider vinegar, and sweet hot mustard.

The potatoes I washed and sliced real thin. Then I coated them in salt, pepper, garlic, olive oil and Parmesan cheese. Then I roasted the hole thing in the oven for about 15 minutes at 450.
